Order Flow with iSeller

1. Offline Store (Physical Shop):
• Customer visits the store → transaction is recorded through iSeller POS → payment made either in cash or digitally → receipt automatically generated.
2. Online Store (Marketplace/Social Commerce):
• Customer places an order via marketplace (e.g., Shopee/Tokopedia) → order directly enters the iSeller system → stock is automatically updated → courier picks up the item → customer receives the order.

Main Package Prices

SKU (Stock Keeping Unit)= A unique code used to identify and track each product in inventory.

Simulation / Notes:

• Max. 10,000 → means you can register up to 10,000 unique product SKUs in the system. Example: for a clothing store, each product-variation counts as 1 SKU. E.g., Plain White T-shirt size M = 1 SKU, Plain White T-shirt size L = another SKU. More variations → more SKUs.
• Max. 50,000 → same as above but larger capacity, suitable for businesses with bigger product catalogs.
• Unlimited → no limit; you may add as many products as needed.

Terms and Conditions

• Customers must apply for Maybank SME financing with a minimum application of IDR500,000,000.
• Each customer can register and receive benefits only once during the program period.
• A 50% discount is applicable for the iSeller package for 1 year based on the selected package, as well as a 50% discount on Premium Add-On feature purchases.
• Discounted prices of the iSeller packages under this program already include 11% VAT.
• Customers can submit complaints related to the program through Maybank Customer Care, available 24 hours at 1500611 or +62 21 78869811 (from overseas), or via email at customercare@maybank.co.id.
• The iSeller service package is not a Bank product. For inquiries or complaints regarding iSeller services, customers may contact iSeller directly.
• If a customer’s application to participate in the program is not approved, they will be notified through the registered communication channels, such as email, phone number, or other contact information provided during registration by the Sales Team, Maybank Business Financial Advisor (BFA), or Relationship Officer (RO).
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and iSeller reserve the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this promotion; modify, remove, or add any of the terms and conditions at their sole discretion with prior notice in accordance with applicable regulations, which will be announced at www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk and iSeller also reserve the right, at any time and at their sole discretion, to disqualify any customer found or suspected of fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in any intentional manipulation related to the implementation of the program.
