• Program Mechanism:
1. The referrer must have an active Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account. If not yet registered, download M2U ID from the Play Store/App Store and open a savings account. Guide to opening a Maybank Savings Account

2. Referrers invite friends/communities to participate in the CONNECT 4 event by participating in one of the available savings programs:
   1. 1 ticket for opening a savings account, placing funds, and regular savings.

   2. 2 tickets & a cash reward of up to IDR104 million from savings.

   3. 1 ticket & a cash reward of IDR4 million by saving for the Hajj/Umrah pilgrimage.

   4. Or, referrers can refer their friends to open a Maybank U iB Savings account by placing a minimum of IDR1 million.
3. Referrers can request a referral code from the Maybank Sales team or via email: helpdesk.shariacfsfunding@maybank.co.id.
4. Referrers will receive a referral code that can be given to the referral recipients registered to participate in the program.
5. After the referral recipient successfully participates in one of the savings programs, the referral provider must send an email to helpdesk.shariacfsfunding@maybank.co.id with the following information:
   1. Referrer's name
   2. Referrer's account number
   3. Referee's name
   4. CONNECT 4 savings scheme the referral recipient is participating in
6. The program is multiplier-based, so every 5 additional eligible referrals will receive 1 additional Bronze Ticket.
7. Referrals are considered only for customers who have fulfilled all applicable Terms and Conditions for program participation.
• Customers will continue to receive the profit-sharing rate of Maybank Savings Account iB in accordance with the applicable profit-sharing rate provisions.
• The reward provided comes from the Bank’s fund sources and does not constitute part of the Customer’s profit-sharing distribution.
• The reward options in this program are subject to the terms and conditions set by Maybank. Maybank Indonesia cannot accommodate special requests from Customers for specific reward types and will adjust based on availability.
• The availability of Connect 4 tickets in this program is limited. If tickets are no longer available, Maybank has no obligation to offer replacement rewards.
• After give 5 referrals, Customers will receive the reward ticket in the form of an e-voucher sent to the email address registered in the Maybank system no later than 20 January 2026.
• The e-voucher can be exchanged for a wristband for the exclusive line at the Maybank booth during the event.
• In addition to receiving the CONNECT 4 event ticket, Customers will also receive one (1) stamp to participate in the Passport Challenge and win various attractive prizes. To participate, simply show the email containing the CONNECT 4 ticket e-voucher to Maybank staff at the booth during the event. Collect a total of 5 stamps to enter the drawing and win Umrah travel tickets or an intimate dinner with global speakers.
• If there are complaints regarding the recipient of the ticket information sent by Maybank Indonesia, customers may contact us via email at customercare@maybank.co.id or through Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +622178869811 (from overseas).
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to conduct further reviews and examinations, as well as reject any Account Opening application submitted by the Customer, by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program in its entirety; vary, delete, or add any of the terms and conditions; and to make such decision at its absolute discretion by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations, which will be announced on www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer proven or suspected of fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in other deliberate manipulation in connection with the program's implementation.
