• Customer has Maybank Giro / Maybank Tabungan account.
• Customer provides collateral in the form of full upfront margin deposit of 100% plus the LC/SKBDN value tolerance percentage in the same currency as the LC/SKBDN. The tolerance percentage value is stated on the LC/SKBDN if any.
• Commission and guarantee fees will be debited from your Maybank Savings or Maybank Giro account, please ensure the account balance is available.
• The application form for opening/changing LC/SKBDN with full margin deposit has been filled in completely and correctly, and supporting documents such as statement and power of attorney, signature specimen, ID card are in accordance with the Bank's provisions and received no later than 13.00 WIB local time on working days.
• Customer covenant obligations have been fulfilled.
• Collateral in the form of margin deposits is not given interest.
