• Applicable for Customers who purchase property by applying for Maybank Property Financing iB.
• Customers must resident in the Jabodetabek area.
• Eligible Customers will be contacted by a Consumer Loan Executive (CLE) or Maybank Sales for confirmation to attend the event.
• Customers will continue to receive Maybank iB Savings profit-sharing rate, in accordance with the applicable profit-sharing rate regulations.
• The prize given is sourced from the Bank’s funds and is not part of the Customer’s profit-sharing.
• The prize options in this program are subject to the terms & conditions set by Maybank Indonesia. The Bank cannot fulfill special requests for specific ticket types, and allocation will depend on availability.
• Connect 4 ticket availability in this program is limited. If tickets are no longer available, Maybank holds no obligation to replace them with other gifts.
• The Customer will receive the ticket prize in the form of an e-voucher sent to the email address registered in the Maybank system, no later than 20 January 2026.
• The e-voucher can be exchanged for a wristband at the Maybank exclusive line during the event.
• In addition to receiving a CONNECT 4 ticket from this program, Customers will also receive 1 (one) stamp to join the Passport Challenge with various exciting prizes. Simply show the email containing the CONNECT 4 e-voucher to Maybank staff at the event booth.
  Collect a total of 5 stamps to enter the draw and get a chance to win Umrah travel tickets or an intimate dinner with global speakers.
• If there are complaints related to the receipt of ticket information sent by Maybank Indonesia, they can be submitted via email to customercare@maybank.co.id or through Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +622178869811 (from overseas).
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia reserves the right to conduct further review, verification, and rejection of Account Opening applications submitted by Customers wholly with notification in accordance with applicable regulations.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program earlier; modify, remove, or add any terms and conditions at its sole discretion by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations, which will be announced on www.maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time, at its own discretion, reserves the right to disqualify Customers who are proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated applicable laws and regulations, and/or performed any deliberate manipulation related to the implementation of the program.
