*) Based on Mudharabah Muthlaqah Principle, the withdrawal of funds can only be made according to certain conditions based on the provisions and procedures applicable in the Bank, with the allocation of profit based on the profit sharing pattern according to the Profit Sharing Ratio which has been agreed by the Parties at the beginning of the contract and the Customer has given full freedom to the Bank in managing its funds. The Bank will manage and channel/distribute the funds in accordance with the Shariah principles until the account is closed or terminated by one of the Parties.
