How to Register & Claim Procedure
How to Register
You may visit the nearest Maybank branch office for registration.
Additional documents that must be included for the registration process are as follows:
- A copy of ID Card
- A copy of vehicle’s registration certificate (STNK) or vehicle purchase invoice (Faktur)
- Photos of the vehicle to be insured
Claim Procedure
- Contact Allianz Care at 1500136, or by email at cs@allianz.co.id
- Please ensure claim notifications are made within a maximum period of 5 (five) calendar days after the date of risk occurrence.
