2. Tuesday, 8 April 2025, all Maybank Indonesia Branch Offices will resume normal operations and will be open for public.

Customers can still perform banking transactions through the M2U ID App (Mobile Banking), M2U ID Web (Internet Banking), Maybank ATMs, and all ATMs in the ATM Bersama, PRIMA, and ALTO networks, as well as transfers using BI-FAST.

For Corporate Customers, several M2E services are temporarily unavailable from Friday, 28 March 2025, to Monday, 7 April 2025 . Further information can be found here.
