Terms and conditions for complimentary services

• Customers are required to register with the Relationship Manager to be eligible for this offer.
• Customers have to show a Maybank Premier Debit Card or Maybank Visa Infinite Credit Card to Edlink+ConneX officers. 

Terms and conditions for cashback of up to IDR5 million:

• Cashback only applies to customers who take the study program to the country and school choice officially represented by Edlink+ConneX

• Cashback 100% based on the class cost, with a maximum cashback value of IDR5 million.
• Certain institution choices with the destination countries of Singapore and Malaysia. Information about the institutions.
• That can be given cashback will be conveyed directly to customers during the consultation process with Edlink+ConneX consultants
• Cashback does not apply to customers who receive certain scholarship programs. Information about scholarship programs that cannot be given cashback will be conveyed directly to customers during the consultation process with Edlink+ConneX consultants.
• Cashback does not apply to short-term study programs, namely those that are less than 1 year or language course programs.
• Cashback will be given if the customer has made payment to the university and the student visa has been secured.
• Cashback will be credited to the customer's Maybank Savings Account/iB Savings Account no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the customer comes to the Edlink+ConneX branch to fill out the claim form received by Edlink+ConneX.
