• Maybank TREATS Points are only calculated from the value of retail shopping transactions or installments both offline (on EDC machines) and online.
• The types of Maybank Credit Cards that earn Maybank TREATS Points are Maybank Credit Cards Visa Infinite, Platinum (Visa, Mastercard^® , JCB) and Gold (Visa, Mastercard^® ).
• Types of Maybank Credit Cards that do not earn Maybank TREATS Points are White Card, Classic (Visa, Mastercard^® ), Co-Brand Card, Corporate Card and Purchasing Card.
• Transactions that do not earn Maybank TREATS Points:
  • Maybank XBill PLN, Telkom and fees
  • Maybank XCash and Balance Conversion
• The minimum transaction to get Maybank TREATS Points can be seen in the table below.

• Maybank TREATS Points will be credited to Maybank Credit Card every billing print date.
• Maybank TREATS Points bonus will be credited to the Maybank Visa Infinite Credit Card and can be seen on the next billing statement.
• Maybank TREATS Points on Maybank Credit Card that are more than 90 days in arrears (including write-off and write-off statuses) will be deleted.

1. Maybank TREATS Points redemption can be done if Maybank Credit Card is active, not blocked, there is no usage that exceeds the credit limit and there is no late payment.
2. Maybank TREATS Points cannot be transferred to other Maybank Credit Cardholders, nor to other parties including cannot be transferred to heirs of Maybank Credit Cardholders. .
3. Maybank TREATS Points on one card cannot be transferred to another card, except for renewal cards and replacement cards of the same card type,
4. Maybank TREATS Points from Maybank Credit Cards will be deemed lost if a Maybank Credit Card cancellation/closure occurs by Maybank Credit Cardholders.
5. Maybank TREATS Points redemption is based on the accumulated number of Maybank TREATS Points recorded on the billing statement of Maybank Credit Cardholders. Redemption requests will be automatically canceled if there are not enough Maybank TREATS Points.
6. In the event of a transaction forgery or anything that according to Maybank Indonesia does not meet the requirements for calculating Maybank TREATS Points, the number of Maybank TREATS Points that have been collected by Maybank Credit Cardholders will be reduced by the number of Maybank TREATS Points for transactions that do not meet these requirements. Furthermore, if after an investigation, the transaction becomes valid, Maybank will immediately add Maybank TREATS Points obtained based on the transaction in the next calculation.
7. Maybank has the right to temporarily or properly suspend and/or cancel the calculation of Maybank TREATS Points if the Maybank Credit Cardholders violates the terms of use on Maybank Credit Card.
8. Unless otherwise stated, Maybank TREATS Points awarded by Maybank Indonesia can only be used for Maybank TREATS Points programs held by Maybank in the Indonesian territory.
9. Maybank from time to time on its own discretion, has the right to review the participation of Maybank Credit Cardholders in Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog. In this case if Maybank Indonesia decides that the Maybank Credit Cardholders cannot follow Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog, then Maybank will notify the Maybank Credit Cardholders.
10. Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog orders that have been received and processed by Maybank Indonesia cannot be exchanged and/or canceled for any reason.
11. The goods in the selected Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
12. Replacement of goods due to defects or damage can only be served within 3 (three) calendar days after the item is received. After this time has passed, requests for reimbursement cannot be served.
13. Goods that have been ordered are sent by the courier according to the shipping address listed on the Maybank Indonesia system.
14. If for some reason the product/voucher inventory in the Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog is not available and Maybank Indonesia is unable to order or replace a product or model that has equivalent quality and value, then Maybank has the right to stop bidding on Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog and notify Maybank Credit Cardholders.
15. Maybank does not provide guarantees or guarantees to Maybank Credit Cardholders in connection with the specifications and conditions in Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog . The specifications listed in the Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog are given based on the explanation received by Maybank Indonesia from the goods supplier company.
16. Requests for Maybank TREATS Points redemption will be processed in the order in which they are received and depend on the availability of goods and Maybank Indonesia's ability to fulfill the Maybank Credit Cardholder's request.
17. Inventory items listed in Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog are valid according to a specified period of time.
18. Maybank Credit Cardholders or the authorized recipient of the prize shall signed the form and receipt of goods by stating the name clearly, signature, identity card number and date of receipt.
19. Maybank Credit Cardholders or authorized gift recipients must refuse items sent if their names and addresses do not match those intended or return them to Maybank Indonesia or the nearest Maybank branch.
20. Maybank Credit Cardholders who redeem Maybank TREATS Points with vouchers/certificates must prepare a power of attorney and a photocopy of the recipient's ID card if the voucher sent is not received directly by Maybank Credit Cardholders.
21. Maybank Customer Care will accommodate all complaints of Maybank Credit Cardholders in connection with the shipment of Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog. Maybank Indonesia will inform the complaint to be followed up by the courier shipping catalog. 22. Redemption in the form of certificates or vouchers cannot be cashed and combined with other offers that are at the time offered, both those offered by Maybank and/or other parties, unless specified differently.
23. Copies (photocopies) or duplicate certificates/vouchers do not apply and cannot be accepted as a substitute for the original certificate/voucher.
24. The certificate/voucher is valid until the specified date as stated in the certificate/voucher. If the certificate/voucher cannot be used until the date stated, the certificate/voucher will become expired and no longer valid. Expired certificates/vouchers cannot be replaced or exchanged with other certificates/vouchers.
25. For purchases with certificates/vouchers do not apply to promotional items and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified differently.
26. Exchanges in the form of certificates/vouchers, unless otherwise stipulated in writing do not include other costs that do exist if there are fees for the use of certificates/vouchers that are borne by the Maybank Credit Cardholders.
27. Terms and conditions of others regarding Maybank TREATS Points is an integral part of the Terms of Public Issuance and Use of Maybank Credit Cards. Maybank Indonesia has the right to change, delete and or add terms and conditions at any time according to its conduct, without prior notice to Maybank Credit Cardholders.
28. Maybank Indonesia is not responsible if things happen outside of Maybank's power (force majeure) but not limited to natural disasters, demonstrations, wars which cause equipment damage, changes in governmental practices which have a major influence on the implementation of Maybank TREATS Points e-Catalog.
29. WORKING DAY is a day on which Maybank Indonesia's operations operate with reference to the provisions of the Government or Bank Indonesia.
30. MAJEURE FORCE is any event or event outside of human power, including but not limited to government policies in the monetary, political, military, war, riot, natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, which results in the inability to implement the terms and conditions of this program.
31. Maybank Indonesia has made every effort to enter data and information contained in brochures and other forms of communication. We are not responsible in any form in connection with data inaccuracies, misrepresentations, print errors or inaccurate information contained therein.
32. At its sole discretion, Maybank Indonesia has the right to suspend or terminate Maybank TREATS Points and related programs through written notification to Maybank Credit Cardholders.
33. Hereby Article 1266 of the Civil Procedure Code in force in the Republic of Indonesia is set aside and Maybank Indonesia does not require a decision from the Indonesian Court to terminate Maybank TREATS Points and related programs at any time.
34. Maybank Credit Cardholders who enter delinquent status/do not make payments for 90 days, the Maybank TREATS Points balance will be forfeited. If the customer has made the payment in the future, the Treats Points that have been burned cannot be credited again.
35. Every Maybank TREATS Points redemption made by Maybank Credit Cardholders will be subject to a fee for Maybank TREATS Points redemption. The fees for Maybank TREATS Points redemption are as follows:
