Information on the Transfer of Insurance from PT Allianz Utama Indonesia Sharia Business Unit to PT Zurich General Takaful Indonesia

Thank you for your loyalty and trust in choosing PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (“Maybank Indonesia”) as your banking partner.

We hereby inform you that effective 2 March 2026, the Sharia-based fire insurance protection serving as collateral coverage for Financing Facilities at Maybank Indonesia will be transferred from PT Allianz Utama Indonesia Sharia Business Unit to PT Zurich General Takaful Indonesia.

All matters relating to the Sharia Insurance Policy, including policy benefits, rights, obligations, services, as well as the claims process, will remain unchanged. Collateral coverage for financing facilities at Maybank Indonesia will continue to be protected in accordance with the terms and conditions under the previous policy, and no additional fees will be imposed in connection with this policy transfer.
