ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Valued Customer,

In relation to the policy changes issued by Bank Indonesia under Board of Governors Regulation No. 11 of 2026 concerning Amendments to Board of Governors Regulation No. 11 of 2024 on Foreign Exchange Transactions, we hereby inform you that effective 2 June 2026, there will be an adjustment to the maximum limit of foreign exchange transactions in M2U ID App/M2U ID Web from previously equivalent to USD50,000 to USD25,000, in line with Bank Indonesia’s policy to maintain rupiah exchange rate stability and strengthen foreign exchange transaction risk management.

This change applies to all foreign exchange transaction services at Maybank through the M2U ID App (mobile banking), M2U ID Web (internet banking), M2E for Corporate Customers, and branch offices.

Changes to term of foreign exchange Transaction in M2U ID App, M2U ID Web and M2E for Corporate Customer.

1. Below is a summary of the changes to foreign exchange transaction provisions:

Transactions via M2U ID Web cannot exceed the equivalent of USD50,000/month/Customer. Transactions via M2E exceeding the equivalent of USD50,000/month/Customer are required using Deal ID and need to attach/upload underlying documents.	Equivalent to USD25,000/month/Customer Transactions via M2U ID App exceeding the equivalent of USD25,000/month/Customer are required to attach/upload underlying documents. Transactions via M2U ID Web cannot exceed the equivalent of USD 25,000/month/Customer. Transactions via M2E exceeding the equivalent of USD25,000/month/Customer are required using Deal ID and need to attach/upload underlying documents.
   2.	Foreign Currency to Foreign Currency Transactions	Equivalent to USD50,000/transaction Transactions via M2U ID App exceeding the equivalent of USD50,000/month/Customer are required to attach/upload underlying documents. Transactions via M2U ID Web cannot exceed the equivalent of USD50,000/month/Customer. Transactions via M2E exceeding the equivalent of USD50,000/transaction are required using Deal ID and need to attach/upload underlying documents.	Equivalent to USD25,000/transaction Transactions via M2U ID App exceeding the equivalent of USD25,000/month/Customer are required to attach/upload underlying documents. Transactions via M2U ID Web cannot exceed the equivalent of USD25,000/month/Customer. Transactions via M2E exceeding the equivalent of USD25,000/transaction are required using Deal ID and need to attach/upload underlying documents.

2. Cross Currency transactions via M2E with a non-Today settlement date (Spot/Tomorrow/Forward) must use a Deal ID and attach/upload the underlying documents.

2. Outgoing foreign currency transfers exceeding USD25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand United States Dollars) or its equivalent per transaction must be accompanied by an underlying transaction document.
