• Reward terms and conditions:
  1. Shopee e-voucher:
     1. The IDR150,000 Shopee e-voucher will be sent via SMS to the mobile number registered in the Maybank system no later than 2 (two) months from the month the Maybank Credit Card is activated.
     2. The Shopee e-voucher can be used specifically for transactions made with the Maybank White Card by entering the e-voucher code at checkout in the Shopee app.
     3. The Shopee e-voucher is valid for purchasing products on Shopee, except for:
        1. Specific stores such as mobile phone and tablet stores, souvenir shops, and money bouquet sellers.
        2. Vouchers for phone credit, data, games, travel & tours, shopping, event tickets, ShopeePay merchants, and deals.
        3. Top-ups for phone credit, data packages, e-money, and data roaming packages.
        4. Utility bills including PLN electricity, BPJS, Telkom, PDAM, postpaid bills, and loan installments.
        5. Train, flight, and bus tickets.
        6. Donations & financial services, including zakat and capital loans.
        7. ShopeeFood and Shopee Gifts.
        8. Formula milk, including infant formula (0–12 months and special needs children).
        9. Over-the-counter medicine.
        10. Precious metals, valuable jewelry, starter packs, and e-money.
        11. Motorcycles.
• The Shopee e-voucher can be used for purchases with delivery methods selected as Economy, Regular, or Cargo shipping.
• The e-voucher is valid for both installment and non-installment transactions.
• The Shopee e-voucher is valid for up to 2 (two) months after it is sent and can only be used by 1 (one) Shopee user for 1 (one) redemption.
• If Shopee detects any non-compliance with the e-voucher terms and conditions, Shopee reserves the right to cancel the transaction, revoke the discount or cashback, freeze the account, or take other actions as necessary in accordance with Shopee’s Policies and/or applicable Indonesian laws.
• The issuance and use of Shopee Vouchers are subject to Shopee’s Policies. Shopee reserves full rights to modify the Terms and Conditions and the use of Shopee Vouchers in accordance with Shopee’s Policies.
• 1 million Maybank TREATS Cash:
  1. The 1 million Maybank TREATS Cash, with a minimum accumulated spend of Rp10 million, will be credited to the Maybank White Card registered in the Maybank system 1 (one) month after the 3 (three) month period from the card approval date.
  2. At the time the reward is given, the Maybank Credit Card must be active, not blocked, not over the credit limit, and have no overdue payments.
• The program is valid for applications for the main Maybank Credit Card and does not apply to supplementary Maybank Credit Cards.
