- Customer are required to have a source account from Maybank iB Savings Account, except for Maybank iB Savings Account with a joint account ownership type (OR/AND/QQ).
- Customer will be charged a penalty fee/administration fee for canceling the program according to the scheme selected by the Customer and an administration fee for closing the account before maturity (1% of the last balance or a minimum of IDR100,000), if:
- Customer closes the account before the specified maturity date.
- There is a failed debit on the source account for 3 (three) monthly deposits, so the account will be closed automatically by the system. Customers are required to provide funds in the source account every month on the debit date selected by the Customer, according to the amount of monthly deposits to avoid failed debits.
- Customer account is closed before the specified due date at the request of the Heirs/failed debits 3 (three) times due to the Customer death and/or for other purposes.

- Umrah discount voucher terms:
- Umrah discount voucher prizes specifically for Muslim Customer.
- Umrah discount voucher worth IDR2,500,000 can be claimed only 1 time for Umrah package at Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel.
- Voucher are valid for all Umrah packages including Umrah Plus.
- Umrah discount voucher cannot be exchanged for any prizes.
- Umrah discount voucher and information on voucher usage will be sent to the email address registered in the Maybank system, no later than 31 July 2025.
General terms and conditions:
- Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel (PT. Indonesia International Business) is an official Hajj & Umrah Partner in collaboration with Maybank Indonesia. Partners are engaged in Umrah and Special Hajj Travel Bureau Activities that have been licensed under the Ministry of Religion.
- Procurement and service of Umrah facilities are fully the responsibility of the Hajj & Umrah Partner.
- The Customer is willing to be contacted by the Hajj & Umrah Partner to verify and offer Umrah packages.
- If there are complaints from the Customer regarding Umrah services, the Customer can contact the Hajj & Umrah Partner PIC directly from Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel.
- If there is a change in the Umrah schedule from Hajj & Umrah Partner with the Umrah schedule outside the voucher validity period, the prize remains valid with the closest schedule selection since the voucher validity period.
- If there is an increase in package price, the shortfall will be borne by the Customer.
- Umrah package is not a Maybank Indonesia product.
- The certainty of departure and Umrah travel services is the sole responsibility of Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel.
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions of absolute decision by giving notification according to the applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its own consideration has the right to disqualify a Customer who is proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated the applicable laws and regulations and/or carried out other intentional manipulation in connection with the implementation of the program.
