• The Referrer must be a Maybank customer who holds a Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• The Referrer must ensure that the referred person has never been a Maybank customer and does not hold any savings account deposit, time deposit, investment product, or other similar products with Maybank.
• The referred family member, friend, or colleague must download the M2U ID App from the Google Play Store/App Store and open a Maybank Saving/iB Savings Account through the M2U ID App.

• The Referrer must maintain the required average balance of their total funds under management with Maybank in accordance with their respective Maybank service level, as follows:

• The Referrer may not refer a prospective customer whose residential address as stated on their Indonesian Identity Card (KTP) is the same as the Referrer's residential address.
• The Referrer may earn a cash reward of up to a maximum total of IDR7.5 million per Referrer for successful referrals who open a Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• For Maybank Privilege and Maybank Premier customers, referrals may be made by contacting their Relationship Manager (RM)/Personal Financial Advisor (PFA), or by visiting the nearest Maybank branch together with the referred person/prospective Customer.

• The prospective customer must subsequently open a Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account through the M2U ID App and enter the referral code MGM + the Referrer's account number when opening the account and completing the registration form.

• The Referrer must complete the program registration form on the same day that the referred customer opens the account. The Referrer must retain the application number displayed on the final page of the registration form as proof of registration for this program.

• The Referrer may refer a new prospective customer who qualifies for a different Maybank service level from that of the Referrer.
• The cash reward will be credited to the Referrer's active Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), provided that the account is not dormant, within a maximum of 2 (two) months after the referred customer fulfills all applicable program requirements.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program earlier than the stated period, as well as to amend, remove, or add any of the Terms and Conditions, by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations.
