• After the Customer has Maybank U iB Savings Account, the Customer can make alms by transferring through Maybank Virtual Account via M2U ID App on the Dompet Dhuafa website in the following ways:

• How to get & terms of OVO e-vouchers up to IDR50,000:
  1. Open Maybank U iB Savings Account via M2U ID App as a source of funds account for alms. Information on opening Maybank U iB Savings Account

  2. Input the referral code “MyDD” when opening Maybank U iB Savings Account via M2U ID App.
  3. Make an initial deposit according to the scheme chosen with the Maybank U iB Savings Account that you already have.
• After the Customer has Maybank U iB Savings Account, the Customer can make alms by transferring through Maybank Virtual Account via M2U ID App on the Dompet Dhuafa website in the following ways:
  1. Open the  digital.dompetdhuafa.org website and register an account.
  2. Enter the DONATION or ZAKAT menu on the website and select various campaigns available, then CLICK the desired CAMPAIGN and continue the payment process.
  3. Enter the amount and choose the Maybank Syariah Virtual Account payment method. Continue the payment in the following way:
     1. Copy the Maybank Syariah Virtual Account number listed on the Dompet Dhuafa website.
     2. Open M2U ID App
     3. Click on transfer menu and select Virtual Account
     4. Choose the account source for alms
     5. Copy the Maybank Syariah Virtual Account number that has been copied from the Dompet Dhuafa website
     6. Enter the amount of alms as informed on the Dompet Dhuafa website
     7. Check the transaction details again. Confirm & enter the Secure2u passcode and the alms transaction is complete.
• OVO e-voucher will be sent via SMS to the Customer's mobile number registered in Maybank's system no later than 30 working days.
• The validity period of OVO e-voucher is 30 working days since the SMS is received by the Customer.
• Customer can only join 1x program during the period.
• Rewards/gifts provided are from the Bank's funds and are not part of the profit-sharing of Customers.
• Maybank Syariah will appoint Dompet Dhuafa as the institution to distribute and manage the donated funds.
• Reports on the distributed funds will be informed through the Dompet Dhuafa application/website.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete, or add any of the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion by giving notice according to applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its own consideration has the right to disqualify Customers who are proven or suspected of cheating (fraud), violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or intentionally manipulating in connection with the program implementation
