• Terms of the Umrah discount voucher:

1. Umrah discount voucher worth IDR2,5 million, can be claimed once for Umrah packages at Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel.
2. The voucher is valid for all Umrah packages, including Umrah Plus.
3. Umrah discount vouchers cannot be exchanged for any gifts.
4. Umrah discount vouchers and information on how to use the vouchers will be sent to the email address   registered in the Maybank system, no later than 31 July 2025.
5. Umrah discount voucher gifts specifically for Customers who are Muslim.  

• General terms and conditions:

• Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel (PT. Indonesia International Business) is an official Hajj & Umrah partner collaborating with Maybank Indonesia. The partner operates in the field of Special Umrah and Hajj Pilgrimage Travel Agency Activities, which are licensed under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
• The procurement and provision of Umrah facilities are entirely the responsibility of the Hajj & Umrah Partner.
• The customer is willing to be contacted by the Hajj & Umrah Partner to verify and offer Umrah packages.
• If there is a complaint from the Customer regarding Umrah services, the Customer can directly contact the PIC (Person in Charge) of the Hajj & Umrah Partner from Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel.
• If there is a change in the Umrah schedule from the Hajj & Umrah Partner with the Umrah schedule falling outside the voucher validity period, the prize will still be valid with the closest schedule option since the voucher validity period.
• If there is an increase in the package price, the shortfall will be borne by the Customer.
• Umrah packages are not a product of Maybank Indonesia.
• The certainty of departure and the services for Umrah pilgrimage travel are entirely the responsibility of Khalifah  Asia Tour & Travel.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program in advance; vary, remove, or add any of the terms and conditions at its sole discretion by providing notice in accordance with applicable regulations and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id. 
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right at any time, at its own discretion, to disqualify Customers who are proven or indicated to commit fraud, violate applicable laws and regulations, and/or engage in other intentional manipulations in connection with the implementation of the program.
