      2. Open M2U ID App > select transfer menu > select Virtual Account > select account source for zakat/alms > copy Maybank Shariah Virtual Account number that has been copied from Amal Sholeh app/website > enter zakat/alms amount as informed by Amal Sholeh app/website > confirm & enter Secure2u passcode and the alms transaction is complete.
      3. If the alms transaction is successful you will get a notification on the Amal Sholeh app/website and receive a confirmation via email.
   3. Terms of the IDR2.5 million Umrah discount voucher:
      1. Voucher is valid for alms transactions made in March - April 2025.
      2. Umrah discount voucher worth IDR2.5 million, can be claimed once for Umrah package at Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel.
      3. Voucher is valid for all Umrah packages including Umrah Plus.
      4. Umrah discount vouchers cannot be replaced with any prizes.
      5. Umrah discount voucher and voucher usage information will be sent to the email address registered in Maybank system, no later than 31 July 2025.
      6. The Umrah discount voucher prize is exclusively for Customers who are Muslims.
      7. Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel (PT. Indonesia International Business) is a Hajj & Umrah Partner officially cooperating with Maybank Indonesia. Partners are engaged in Umrah and Special Hajj Travel Bureau Activities that have been licensed under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
      8. Procurement and service of Umrah facilities are fully the responsibility of the Hajj & Umrah Partner.
      9. Customers are willing to be contacted by Hajj & Umrah Partners to verify and offer Umrah packages.
      10. If there is a complaint from the Customer for Umrah services, the Customer can contact directly the PIC (Person in Charge) of the Hajj & Umrah Partner of Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel.
      11. If there is a change in the Umrah schedule from Hajj & Umrah Partners with the Umrah schedule outside the voucher validity period, the prize is still valid with the closest schedule selection since the voucher validity period.
      12. If there is an increase in the price of the package, the shortage will be borne by the Customer.
      13. Umrah package is not a Maybank Indonesia product.
      14. The certainty of departure and Umrah travel services is the sole responsibility of Khalifah Asia Tour & Travel.

   3. Provisions of IDR50,000 cash reward from account opening:
      1. Cash rewards will be credited to the Customer's Maybank iB Savings Account which is used as a source of funds for alms transactions, no later than 30 working days after account opening.
      2. Cash reward is given if the account used for this program is in active status. If the account is inactive or has been closed, the cash reward cannot be given.
      3. The cash reward given comes from the Bank's resources and is not part of the Customer's profit sharing
2. Maybank Syariah will provide additional alms at the end of the program period from account opening and alms transactions made by Customers.
3. Maybank Syariah Business Unit appoints a trusted institution, Amal Sholeh, to distribute funds and manage benevolent fund assistance.
4. Reports of benevolent funds distributed will be informed through the Amal Sholeh application/website.
5. PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by giving notice in accordance with applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id.
6. PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its own discretion has the right to disqualify Customers who are proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated applicable laws and regulations and/or committed other deliberate manipulations in connection with the implementation of the program.
