Ranking Terms & Conditions

1. Transactions that are calculated are retail shopping transactions or installments at offline or online merchants, both in Indonesia and overseas that have been recorded in the Maybank Credit Card system.
2. Transactions that are excluded from calculation of TREATS are transaction from Maybank XCash, Maybank XBill, Maybank XPJC, Balance Conversion transactions, and cash withdrawals at ATM machines.
3. Ranking calculations are calculated once a year on the basis of accumulated amount of transactions or accumulated number of transaction recorded from January 1 – December 31 each year.
4. Ranking can updated (upgrade/downgrade) based on accumulated of amount transaction or accumulated numbr of transaction to each tier that is being calculated per year based on Bank’s system from January 1 – December 31.

5. Ranking will be updated at the beginning of each following year up to 1 (one) month after December 31 each year. 
6. Maybank TREATS Cash, Maybank TREATS Points or Maybank TREATS Miles earning can be exchanged into wallet type as follows; 
   • Maybank TREATS Cash can be exchanged for cashback with a minimum exchange of 100,000 and multiples thereof. Cashback can be credited to your Maybank White Card.
   • Maybank TREATS Points can be exchanged for a variety of vouchers and attractive products available in the e-catalog on the M2U ID App.
   • Maybank TREATS Miles can be exchanged for collaborating airline miles.
7. The effectiveness of this ranking scheme is calculated based on the calculation of accumulated transactions or transaction frequencies recorded from 1 January - 31 December 2024 for ranking updates starting in 2025.

Terms & Condition of Wallet Conversion; 

1. Transactions that are calculated according to retail or installment on offline or online merchants, both in Indonesia and overseas.

3. Maybank TREATS earned will be credited to every transaction that has been successfully posted on the Bank's system
4. Maybank TREATS Cash/TREATS Points/TREATS Miles earned will expire 2 years from the date of Maybank TREATS acquisition.
5. Maybank TREATS earned can be collected into each wallet with the selected wallet type on the M2U ID App before the next monthly billing cycle, or it will become the default conversion to Maybank TREATS Cash automatically.
6. Conversion type selection settings; "flexible" to TREATS Cash/ TREATS Cash Points/ TREATS Miles or "default" to TREATS Cash/ TREATS Points/ TREATS Miles can be selected for each transaction which can only be done 1 (one) time a day via the M2U ID App. If you don't have the M2U ID App, the conversion type will default to TREATS Cash.
