*The interest rate calculation is a flat annuity with fixed installments per month which the principal amount and interest changes every month. Interest rate is not applicable for Top Up and Reinstantement. Terms for interest rate are subject to change in accordance to bank policy with prior notice to Customers which fit into POJK terms.

**Minimum provision fee is IDR 250,000 and deducted directly from the fund which is disbursed to the account.

***The payroll Customers are invited by the Bank with terms and criteria as determined by the Bank.

Maybank KTA repayment provisions

Additional Terms & Conditions for Maybank KTA:

For each installment that is late paid by the Customer, a late interest rate of 5% x the installment value will be charged.
For each installment that is late paid by the Customer, a late fee of IDR100,000 will be charged.
Maybank KTA restructuring fee is 2% x remaining principal amount or a minimum of IDR200,000.
The aforementioned provisions do not apply to Maybank & consolidated Employees / Maybank subsidiaries, but refers to the terms & conditions of the facility as Maybank Employees.

Special Conditions

No	Information	Expedited Repayment Administration Fee
1	Customers who participate in the Maybank KTA Covid Relief Scheme program.	There are no administrative fees if the Maybank KTA loan is repaid before the agreed period.
2	Customers who take part in the restructuring program on the Maybank Credit Card and Maybank KTA.	Administration fee is not charged if the restructuring is paid before the agreed period.
