Consultation to General Practitioners, Consultation to Specialists, Medicines, Diagnostic Examinations, Physiotherapy, PET and CT-PET scans. Co-Share for 20% of the costs will be borne by the Participants. Other available Co-Share options are: 0% and 10%.
- Dental Care Benefits
Prevention, Basic Dental Care, Complex Dental Care, Dentures. Co-Share for 20% of the costs will be borne by Participants. Other available Co-Share options are 0% and 10%.
Other Benefits:
- No Claim Bonus, in which the Participants will receive a discount of 20% for the applicable premium, if no claims are paid for 1 year.
- Additional premium discount of 5% for each additional family member.

Plan Taken:: Plan A (Benefits of Hospitalization, Benefits of Childbirth, Benefits of Chemotherapy-Hemodialysis-HIV / AIDS)
If Insured A::
- Hospitalized in the Hospital in accordance with the taken room plan, then all Inpatient care costs will be paid according to the bill.
- Passes away, then Allianz will provide funeral costs of Rp5.000.000 to the beneficiaries.
- Requires Chemotherapy, then the cost of Chemotherapy will be borne by Allianz with a maximum annual benefit of Rp90.000.000.
- Requires Hemodialysis, then the cost of Hemodialysis will be borne by Allianz with a maximum annual benefit of Rp75.000.000.
- Diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, Allianz will provide a one-time lump sum compensation of Rp10.000.000
- Utilizing a room plan that is in accordance with their chosen coverage, then the cost of delivering a normal/abnormal childbirth/by caesarean section/experiencing a miscarriage/experiencing complications during pregnancy/conducting examinations before & after childbirth, Allianz will bear the costs according to the bill.
