Protect your personal banking data and ensure your card is always  in the safest place and do not tell anyone.

Following is an information you must know:

1. Keep your data a secret
   1. Never share your code information OTP, TAC, PIN, CVV/ CVC, user ID and password to others for any reasons.
   2. Maybank will never call customer to ask your personal data information such as OTP, TAC, PIN, CVV/ CVC user ID and password.
   3. Maybank is not responsible for the loss caused by sharing OTP, TAC, PIN, CVV/ CVC, user ID and password to other parties.
   4. Maybank will send information and your personal account data, including PIN, OTP, TAC to the phone number (mobile) registered at Maybank system.
2. Credit & Debit Card transaction
   1. Use Maybank Credit Card PIN for every transactions.
      How to get your Maybank Credit Card PIN, please do one of the following:
      1. Call Customer Care via phone at 69 811 or
      2. Send email to customercare@maybank.co.id with subject: PIN and informed the data below:
         Name:
         Maybank Credit Card number:
         You can change your PIN at the nearest Maybank ATM or call Customer Care at 69 811.

   2. For you that don’t have Maybank ATM/ Debit Card with chip technology, you can replace your current Maybank ATM/ Debit (magnetic) at the nearest Maybank branch. Effective on 30th December 2019 Magnetic Maybank ATM/ Debit Card will be deactivated or can no longer be used
   3. According to BI regulation, credit card are used for payment transaction at merchant and cash advance at ATM, thus cash advance at merchant is strictly not allowed. Please call Customer Care at 69 811 for more information.
3. Protect your Maybank Credit & Debit Card from others.
   1. Do not give your Maybank Credit and Debit Card to customer service at Maybank branch when requesting a new card due to broken card or closing card before the old card was cut at the chip part and magnetic stripe.
   2. Do not entrust your Maybank Credit and Debit Card to be swiped at any device except EDC machine
   3. If you lost your Maybank Credit and Debit Card, please  report immediately to Customer Care via phone call at 69 811. Any transaction occurs before the report will be customer responsibility.
   4. Never respond when someone pretending to be Maybank contact you through phone call, SMS or WA text and please contact Customer Care at 69 811 immediately
