The Eid Al-fitr Holiday 2023

Dear Customers,

Referring to Bank Indonesia Letter No. 25/427/DPSP/Adm regarding Eid Al-Fitr Holidays 1444 H/2023 M as follows: 

1. Tuesday, 18 April 2023, Maybank Indonesia branch offices will operate normally.
2. Wednesday to Tuesday, 19 to 25 April 2023, the operational service of Maybank Indonesia branch offices will be as follows:

Information:

• Determination for 1 Shawwal 1444 H (Eid al-Fitr) date will follow Government decision.  
• Maybank e-channels (ATMs, Maybank2u ID App, internet banking Maybank2U) can be used at any time for banking transactions.
• Maybank Customer Care continues to operate normally.

3. Wednesday, 26 April 2023, Maybank Indonesia branch offices operate normally.
