Referring to the previous Announcement on 28 July 2023 regarding to the Adjustment of Proof of Ownership for Retail/Individual Customers in term Consolidated Statement, We hereby inform you that the Adjustment of Proof of Ownership for Retail/Individual Customers both Conventional and Sharia, is in the process of improving the services.

In September, Customer will still receive a single statement both in print statement or e-statement. The implementation of the proof of ownership in term Consolidated Statement will be further informed.

Ensure your data in Maybank system is up-to-date to be able to receive Consolidated Statement sent via email. Update your current email address data with one of the following ways:
  • M2U ID App (Mobile Banking); or 
  • Contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +622178869811 (from overseas); or 
  • Visit nearest Maybank Branch Office.
