Due to to the ongoing service quality improvement, please be informed that Customers will not be able to receive transaction notifications via the email registered in Maybank’s system for any transactions made through the M2U ID App (mobile banking) and M2U ID Web (internet banking) on Sunday, 23 November 2025 from 01:00-02:00 WIB. Customers will still be able to receive transaction information through push notifications on the M2U ID App.
