We hereby inform you that on May 23, 2025, we have extended the Temporary Suspension of Transactions for your dormant account as requested by the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) through letter Number SR/9328/AP.01/6.2/V/2025 dated May 21, 2025 Regarding the Request for Extension of Temporary Suspension of Transactions.

A dormant account is an account that has no transactions, either debit or credit, for a period of 365 consecutive days.

The temporary suspension of transactions is carried out until further notice.
