Maybank Premier Service Notice

To Our Valued Maybank Premier Customers,

Effective 1 November 2025, access to complimentary airport lounges will be exclusively available to holders of the Maybank Premier Debit Card or Maybank World Debit Card:

Airport Lounge Service Terms and Conditions:

• The Airport Lounge service is exclusively available to holders of a Maybank Premier/World Premier Debit Card.
• A nominal fee of IDR 100 will be charged to the customer's Maybank Premier Savings account upon lounge entry to activate the service.
• The quota outlined in the table above is subject to change at any time. Any updates will be communicated via the official Maybank website. For the most current information on airport lounge service terms, please contact your Relationship Manager.
• Any unused lounge access quota within the one (1) year period will expire and cannot be carried over to the following year.
• Lounge access beyond the stipulated quota or non-compliance with the prevailing terms will result in a charge based on the applicable walk-in rate at the respective airport lounge.
