We would like to inform you that, in order to enhance security and convenience when transacting through M2E, there will be changes to the transaction authorization method with the following details:

Type of Change	Terms Until 6^th August 2026	Terms Effective 7^th August 2026
Transaction Authorization via M2E	Using Hard Token	Can use Secure2u via the M2E Application

Hard Token = Physical Token for Transaction Authorization

Customers are encouraged to activate Secure2u to authorize transactions through the M2E Application. Hard Token may continue to be used in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions until the Hard Token device can no longer be used.
