With reference to Bank Indonesia Press Release No. 28/159/DKom dated 17 August 2026 regarding “Indonesian Credit Cards and 0% MDR Policy: Synergy and Innovation to Strengthen Indonesia’s Digital FinancialEconomy,” the regulator has established an expansion of the 0% Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) policy for QRIS, effective 1 October 2026.

Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) is a service fee charged to merchants (Business Owners) for each payment transaction made using QRIS.

Please find below the details of the MDR adjustment:

Reguler	Micro Enterprises	Transactions of up to IDR500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) are exempt from MDR fees.	0%	0%
		Transactions above IDR500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) will be subject to an MDR fee.	0.3%	0.3%
	Small Enterprises, Medium Enterprises and Large Enterprises	Transactions of up to IDR100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) are exempt from MDR fees.	0.7%	0%
		Transactions above IDR100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) will be subject to an MDR fee.	0.7%	0.7%
