• The promotion is not valid for multiple redemptions or combined transactions.
• The additional Maybank TREATS Points will be credited to the BMW/MINI Maybank Credit Card no later than 2 October 2026.
• At the time the Maybank TREATS Points are credited, the BMW/MINI Maybank Credit Card must be active, not blocked, not over its credit limit, and have no overdue payment.
• Any inquiries or complaints regarding the BMW/MINI Maybank Credit Card 2026 program may be submitted to Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +62 21 78869811 (for calls from overseas), or by email to customercare@maybank.co.id, no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the end of the promotion period.
