Terms and conditions :

• Cashback is provided to those who have used the QRIS merchant facility at Maybank, as well as those who have not, except for merchants in the micro category, donation/religious institution category, education, and gas stations (SPBU).
  Micro merchants are those who do not have a permanent selling place/store and sell in a mobile manner (not stationary).
• Below are the terms and conditions for transactions to receive cashback:
  1. Regular cashback program
     Eligible for merchants with only 1 (one) outlet only, with condition of :

  Cashback Value	Min. Amount Transaction	Average CASA Amount / month   (on transaction month)
  0.7%	IDR5 Million	IDR 250 Million
  0.4%		IDR50 Million - < IDR 250 Million
  0.2%		IDR2 Million - < IDR50 Million

  2. Premium cashback program
     Eligible for merchants with more than 1 (one) outlets, with condition of :

  Cashback Value	Min. Amount Transaction	Average CASA Amount / month   (on transaction month)
  0.7%	IDR10 Million	IDR 250 Million
  0.4%		IDR50 Million - < IDR250 Million
  0.2%		IDR2 Million - < IDR50 Million

• Merchants are required to have an account with Maybank as the transaction holding account and to fill out and sign a confirmation letter of program participation at the nearest Maybank branch.
• Cashback will be paid into the merchant's holding account no later than 30 working days after the transaction month (the 4th week of the following month).
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program in advance; to vary, delete, or add any terms and conditions at its absolute discretion by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right at any time, based on its own considerations, to disqualify customers who are proven or suspected of committing fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in other deliberate manipulations in connection with the implementation of the program.
