Terms & Conditions

Applicable to all Maybank Customers and M2U ID App users.

Customers are entitled to receive a cashback of IDR100,000 for every purchase of Mutual Funds worth a minimum of IDR100 million, (multiples apply). The maximum cashback a Customer can receive is IDR500,000 per month.

Customers must include the unique code “111” at the end of the nominal value of each purchase transaction. For example, if a Customer wants to purchase Mutual Funds worth IDR100 million, the purchase amount should be stated as IDR100,000,111.
The cashback quota is 200 during the program period, and will be calculated from transactions of multiples of IDR 100 million.
Cashback will be credited to the Customer’s active account used for the Mutual Fund purchase transaction no later than the 4th week of the following month.
The program is not valid for Money Market Fund purchases and foreign currency transactions, and only applies to transactions with Rupiah/IDR accounts.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program in advance; vary, delete, or add any terms and conditions with absolute discretion by providing notice in accordance with applicable provisions and will be informed on www.maybank.co.id.
Maybank reserves the right at any time, based on its own consideration, to disqualify customers proven or suspected of fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in other deliberate manipulative activities in connection with the implementation of the program.
