NOTE:

To redeem the Experience Reward activity, please use Maybank QR Pay via M2U ID App for a transaction of IDR1.

Quotas apply to the first Customers who meet the program's terms and conditions.

Customers cannot choose the specific type of Maybank Marathon novelty item (keychain or fridge magnet); rewards will be provided based on the available quota.

Customers will be charged a penalty fee for the Maybank MyPlan Plus Savings Account—amounting to 1% of the final balance or a minimum of IDR100,000—plus a program cancellation administration fee as specified in the table above and the account opening email notification if:

Customer closes the account before the designated maturity date.
Debit failures occur on the source account for 3 (three) consecutive monthly deposits, causing the system to automatically close the account. Customers must ensure sufficient funds are available in the source account each month—on the same date the account was opened—matching the monthly deposit amount to avoid debit failures.
Customer account is closed before the designated maturity date at the request of heirs, or due to 3 (three) debit failures resulting from the Customer passing and/or for other reasons.

All prizes must be collected at the Maybank Interactive Lounge booth at the Bali United Training Center between 21-23 August 2026. Customers must present the notification email or the M2U ID App confirmation screen (showing successful Maybank GIFT account opening) to the staff at the Maybank Interactive Lounge.

Other prizes are available, such as cash rewards of up to IDR100 million or other gifts that can be delivered directly to your address.

Customers may participate in this program more than once during the program period.
