Terms & Conditions:

• Program is available to registered runners of Maybank Marathon 2026, who can choose from the 10K, 21K, or 42K race categories, subject to slot availability. Once the quota for a race category has been fully allocated, that category will no longer appear among the available options.
• How to participate:
1. Join Maybank Gift program via M2U ID App.
   Select the Purchase menu on the M2U ID App, then select the Maybank Gift icon and enter the event code which is registration code for Maybank Marathon 2026 runners.

   Opening a Maybank MyPlan Plus/MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account requires a funding account from a Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account, except for accounts with joint ownership (OR/AND/QQ).
2. Make the initial deposit and monthly deposits from the funding account according to the selected scheme.

• Program is valid for Indonesian and foreign citizens.
• The quota is available to Customers who successfully register for the Maybank Gift Program via the M2U ID App in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions and who are required to enter the event code.
• Each customer is eligible to participate in this program for a maximum of 2 (two) schemes during program period, using same or different registration code. Once the maximum limit has been reached, the customer will no longer be able to register for this program.
• Upon fulfilling the above terms and conditions, Customers will receive an exclusive presale running slot Maybank Marathon 2027 and/or cash reward (for selected schemes), subject to the following terms:
1. Maybank Marathon (MM) 2027 Exclusive Presale Running Slot:
   1. The Maybank Marathon (MM) 2027 exclusive presale running slot will be provided in the form of a voucher code, which will be sent to the Customer's registered email address and/or mobile phone number recorded in Maybank's system.
   2. The voucher code will only be sent to Customer who receive a notification confirming the successful registration for the Maybank Gift Program.
   3. The voucher code received is not the official registration code for participating in the Maybank Marathon 2027 event. The voucher code and redemption instructions will be sent to the Customer registered email address or whatsapp number in Maybank's system during estimate the 4th week of April 2027, with a voucher redemption period from 1–28 May 2027. Customers may redeem the voucher at any time before the specified deadline.
   4. The voucher code provided to the Customer will correspond to the race category selected when participating in this program. Therefore, Customers may not change their race category during the voucher redemption process.
   5. Customers will not be charged any fees when redeeming the voucher code, unless they make additional purchases on the website.
   6. The Maybank Marathon 2027 exclusive presale running slot cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of reward.
2. Cash Reward:
1. The cash reward provided is a net amount after a 20% tax deduction. The reward will be processed after the account has been successfully opened and will be credited to the funding account used to participate in the program within a maximum of 30 Business Days after account successfully opened.
2. The cash reward is provided from the Bank's funds and does not constitute part of the customer's profit-sharing arrangement.

• Customers will be subject to a penalty/administration fee for program cancellation in accordance with the selected scheme, as well as an account closure administration fee prior to maturity (1% of the latest account balance or a minimum of IDR100,000), if:
1. Customer closes the account before the specified maturity date.
2. There are 3 (three) failed debit attempts from the funding account for the monthly deposit, resulting in the account being automatically closed by the system. Customers are required to ensure sufficient funds are available in the funding account on the selected debit date each month, in accordance with the required monthly deposit amount, to avoid failed debits.
3. Customer account is closed before the specified maturity date at the request of the legal heir, due to 3 (three) failed debit attempts following the Customer death, and/or for other applicable reasons.
• Customers will continue to receive the applicable interest/profit-sharing rate of Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account, in accordance with the prevailing interest/profit-sharing rate terms and conditions.
• Matters not specified above shall refer to the general applicable Terms and Conditions of the Maybank GIFT Program via M2U ID App.
• Other rewards are also available, including cash rewards of up to IDR100 million and other rewards that can be delivered directly to your address.

• Customers will continue to receive the interest rate/yield rate applicable to Maybank Savings (Maybank Savings Account), in accordance with the prevailing interest/yield rate regulations.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia reserves the right to conduct further review and verification, as well as to reject account opening applications submitted by Customers, at its sole discretion, subject to notification in accordance with applicable regulations.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program early, or to modify, remove, or add any terms and conditions at its sole discretion, subject to notification in accordance with applicable regulations and announcements made via www.maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to disqualify customers proven or suspected of committing fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, or engaging in other intentional manipulation in connection with the program.
