• The program is valid for individual Customers aged min. 17 years.
• How to join the program:
  1. Open a Maybank iB Savings Account at the nearest Maybank branch office.
     Not valid for joint OR/AND/QQ account ownership with the following Maybank iB Savings Account type options in this program:

  2. Place funds in Maybank iB Savings Account according to the provisions in the table below. The funds must be fresh funds, namely from other banks or not from transfers from other accounts at Maybank and the funds will be blocked.
• Terms of ticket, cash reward and Mutual Fund Unit provision:

  1. After opening an account and placing funds, Customers will receive an email with no later than 10 January 2025 informing the voucher code and confirmation of your attendance at the Connect 3 Upgrade event. Follow the instructions for confirming your attendance listed in the email or by the following method:
  2. Fill in the participant data information
     1. Input the Maybank voucher code sent via email and order the ticket
     2. Once successful, registered participants will receive a barcode to be exchanged for a wristband ticket on the exclusive line specifically for Maybank Customers at the Connect 3 Upgrade event.
     3. If there is a complaint regarding the receipt of ticket information sent from Maybank Indonesia, it can be submitted via email at customercare@maybank.co.id or Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +622178869811 (from abroad).

1. Cash reward will be credited to Maybank iB Savings Account with no later than 30 working days from the first working day of the following month after the account opening and fund blocking requirements are met.

1. Sharia Mutual Fund Units provided in the form of Sharia Mutual Fund Money Market Fund 2.
2. If the Customer does not have a Sharia Mutual Fund product before, make a purchase of Sharia Mutual Fund Money Market Fund 2 with a minimum value of IDR100,000 through M2U ID App with no later than 30 working days after the Connect 3 Upgrade event date. If you do not make a Mutual Fund purchase by the specified date, the additional Mutual Fund units will not be processed and the prize will be canceled.

4. If the Customer already has a Sharia Mutual Fund, then it will be added directly with the applicable provisions in the table above.
5. Sharia Mutual Fund Units will be added with no later than 45 working days after the Connect 3 Upgrade event date and will be taxed in accordance with applicable provisions.

  2. Cash reward
     1. Cash reward will be credited to Maybank iB Savings Account with no later than 30 working days from the first working day of the following month after the account opening and fund blocking requirements are met.
• Customers will be charged a program cancellation administration fee according to the scheme chosen by the Customer and an account closure administration fee before maturity (1% of the last balance or a minimum of IDR 100 thousand), if:
• The Customer closes the account before the specified maturity date.
  1. There is a failed debit on the source account for 3 (three) monthly deposits, so the account will be closed automatically by the system. Customers are required to provide funds in the source account every month on the debit date chosen by the Customer, according to the amount of the monthly deposit to avoid failed debits.
  2. The Customer's account is closed before the specified maturity date at the request of the Heirs/failed debits for 3 (three) times because the Customer has died and/or for other purposes.

• Customers will still receive the Maybank iB Savings Account return rate, in accordance with the applicable return rate provisions.
• All prizes cannot be exchanged for any reason.
• This program does not apply to Maybank Indonesia employees.

• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia has the right to conduct further review and examination and Reject the application for Account Opening made by the Customer, absolutely by providing notification in accordance with applicable provisions.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program before; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by providing notification in accordance with applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its own consideration has the right to disqualify Customers who are proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated applicable laws and regulations and/or carried out other intentional manipulations in connection with the implementation of the program.
