2. How to join the program:
  1. Make sure you have a Maybank iB Savings Account.

  2. Place funds in Maybank iB Savings Account to be blocked according to the amount and tenure stated in the table above. The funds must be fresh funds, meaning funds transferred from another bank and not from another Maybank account. The funds will be blocked for the selected period.
3. Customer is declared to fulfil the terms and conditions if there is an increase in the total balance on Maybank iB Savings Account, Current Account iB and Time Deposit iB, in Rupiah currency compared to the total balance on Maybank iB Savings Account, Current Account iB and Time Deposit iB on the last working day of the previous month.
4. If the funds are withdrawn before the blocking period is completed at the request of the Customer for any reason including the death of the Customer, a penalty fee/cancellation administration fee/program administration fee will be charged according to applicable regulations.
5. The Customer will still get the Maybank iB Savings Account return rate, in accordance with the applicable return rate provisions.
Installment Savings
1. The program is valid for those who have become Maybank Customer or those who have not become Maybank Customers.
2. How to participate:
  1. Open a Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account through the purchase menu in the M2U ID App during the promotion period.
  2. Prepare the initial deposit and one (1) monthly installment in the source account according to the selected gift option.

3. Customer must have a Maybank iB Savings Account as the funding source, excluding joint accounts (OR/AND/QQ).
4. The choice of prizes in this program is in accordance with the terms & conditions that have been set. Maybank Indonesia cannot serve special requests from Customers for certain denominations so that things will adjust to availability.
5. Customer can participate in this program more than 1 (one) time during the program period.
6. Customer will be charged a penalty fee/administration fee for canceling the program according to the scheme chosen by the Customer and an administration fee for closing the account before maturity (1% of the last balance or a minimum of IDR100,000), if:
  1. The Customer closes the account before the specified maturity date.
  2. There is a debit failure in the source account for 3 (three) times the monthly deposit, so the account will be closed automatically by the system. The Customer must provide funds in the source account every month on the debit date chosen by the Customer, in accordance with the amount of the monthly deposit to avoid debit failure.
  3. The Customer's account is closed before the predetermined due date at the request of the Heirs/failed debit 3 (three) times due to the death of the Customer and/or for other purposes.
7. The Customer will still get the Maybank iB Savings Account rate of return, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable rate of return.

General Terms & Conditions:

Gift Terms:
1. Instant Direct Gifts (Prayer Set, iQibla Qwatch S2, or iQibla Zikr Ring Flex Advance):
  1. Instant gifts will be available within a maximum of 45 business days after the Customer fulfils all program requirements. For the Fund Placement scheme, gifts can be collected at the Maybank branch where the account was opened. For the Regular Savings scheme, gifts will be delivered to the Customer's registered mailing address within a maximum of 45 business days after joining the program.
  2. If a Customer passes away before collecting the gift, the gift may be claimed by the legal beneficiary in accordance with Maybank's applicable policies.
  3. Maybank reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of equivalent value if the original gift is unavailable.
  4. The gifts are third-party products. Any complaints regarding the products should be directed to the official distributor of the respective gift.
2. IDR2.5 million Umrah discount voucher:
  1. The Umrah discount voucher may only be redeemed for Umrah packages offered by:
    1. Khazzanah Tour & Travel
    2. Iskandaria Tour & Travel
    3. Khalifa Asia Tour & Travel
    4. Dwins Tour & Travel
    5. SS Tour & Travel
  2. The Umrah discount voucher is valid for all Umrah packages, including Umrah Plus packages.
  3. The Umrah discount voucher is transferable.
  4. The Umrah discount voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other gifts.
  5. The voucher will be sent to the Customer's registered email address within a maximum of 45 business days after the Customer successfully joins the program.
  6. The participating Hajj & Umrah travel partners are officially appointed partners of Maybank Indonesia and are licensed by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs.
  7. All Umrah package procurement and travel services are solely the responsibility of the respective Hajj & Umrah travel partner.
  8. Customers agree to be contacted by the Hajj & Umrah travel partner for verification and Umrah package offers.
  9. For any complaints regarding Umrah services, customers may contact the Person in Charge (PIC) of the respective travel partner:

  10. If the Umrah departure schedule is changed by the travel partner to a date beyond the voucher validity period, the voucher will remain valid for the nearest available departure schedule.
  11. Any increase in the Umrah package price must be borne by the Customer.
  12. Umrah packages are not products of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk.
  13. Departure confirmation and Umrah travel services are entirely the responsibility of the participating Hajj & Umrah travel partner.
All gifts are sourced from Bank funds and are not part of the Customers profit sharing.
Gift selection in this program is subject to the established terms and conditions. Maybank Indonesia cannot accommodate special requests from Customers for specific colors, years of manufacture, and/or sizes, and these will be subject to availability.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to review, verify, or reject any account opening application submitted by a Customer in accordance with applicable regulations.
