Shariah Insurance Benefit

1. Shariah insurance protection only eligible for Customers aged 17-70 upon account opening with maximum age coverage up to 75 years old, and 90 (ninety) days waiting period.
2. Shariah life insurance benefit is 3x balance of previous month or maximum IDR500 million/ USD50,000 applied for Customer ≤ 65 years old upon account opening. 
3. Shariah life insurance benefit is 3x balance of previous month or maximum IDR100 million/ USD10,000 applied for Customer > 65 years old upon account opening.
4. Shariah personal accident insurance benefit is 10x balance of previous end of month or maximum IDR2 billion/ USD200,000.
5. End of month balance is the balance of the last working day of the month or the balance of closing books at the end of the Bank's month-end process.
6. Shariah Insurance protection is an insurance product of Maybank partner. Maybank makes premium/ contribution payments for insurance products, does not receive commissions, and is not responsible for all risks arising from the insurance product offered. Insurance product is not included in the coverage of the insurance program as referred to in the laws and regulations concerning the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
