Requirements to become a Hajj Partner:

1. Qualified as a Hajj Partner candidate with the following criteria:
   1. Muslim Community
      Individuals, Hajj collectors & Non-Individuals who can provide references of prospective Hajj pilgrims to Maybank Indonesia.
      Individual Example: KBIH (Hajj Guidance Group), Majelis Ta'lim, Hajj Mentor.
      Non Individual Example: Foundation, Islamic Education Institution, Travel Agent, Government and Private Agencies.
   2. Non-Bank Financial Institutions
      Financial institutions that channel multipurpose financing to the public to obtain Hajj financing funds. The financing process and other matters are not directly related to Maybank Indonesia.
      Example: Leasing Company, Cooperative, BPR/S, BMT, Pawnshop.
   3. Strategic Partner
      Non-individuals who can refer prospective Hajj pilgrims to Maybank Indonesia through their communities and digital media.
      Example: Sharia Fintech, P2P Lending, omnichannel platforms and other digital platforms.
   4. Hajj Collector
      Individuals appointed by Hajj Partners to provide references for prospective Hajj pilgrims.
      Example: Ustad/Ustadzah & Islamic religious leaders.
2. Prospective Hajj Partner has an operational/business license from the authorized agency, for Hajj Partner type of Hajj Collector must have a Letter of Introduction from Hajj Partner who has collaborated with Maybank Indonesia.
3. Prospective Hajj Partner must open an account at Maybank Indonesia.
4. Prospective Hajj Partner will get a Hajj Partner ID code that must be inputted at each account opening conducted by the referred Hajj Customer.
5. Hajj Partner Candidates are required to sign a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) with Maybank Indonesia.

Registration Mechanism:

1. Prospective Hajj Partners can visit the nearest Maybank branch office or contact Maybank sales to register as Maybank Hajj Partners.
2. Complete the required cooperation documents (PKS) and open a Sharia account at Maybank Indonesia.
3. Hajj Partner directs the Customer to open Maybank MyArafah Savings Account & RTJH on the Maybank website and informs the Hajj Partner ID code to prospective pilgrims for input.
4. For each account successfully opened for reference from Hajj Partner, Maybank Indonesia will provide a referral fee as outlined in the agreement (PKS) between Maybank Indonesia and Hajj Partner. 
5. Referral fee will be credited to the account registered for referral fee collection as registered in the Hajj Partner MCC maximum 30 working days since the Customer successfully received the Hajj portion.
