Change your password on a regular basis and use a strong and unique password. Input your new password. The password must be a minimum of 8 characters and is alphanumeric, containing at least one number as well as one uppercase and lowercase.

Click “Forgot Password” |
Input your Account Number, Account Currency and ATM Card PIN number |
Click “Reset Password” |

Enter the SMS Token/TAC that has been sent to your registered phone number |
Your password has been successfully changed. Log in to your M2U ID App to proceed. |
