You can set the Maybank TREATS conversion to automatically default to 1 type of Maybank TREATS for all your transactions, or flexibly set the Maybank TREATS conversion for each of your transactions to TREATS Cash, TREATS Miles or TREATS Points.
Free exchange of Maybank TREATS obtained from every transaction you make via the M2U ID App at any time from those available in 3 (three) Maybank TREATS wallet options with various product choices.

Go to My TREATS Menu, click “TREATS Redemption”. |

Customer select account number / credit card number for TREATS Cash redemption |

Cutomer slide the bar to set the amount of TREATS Cash redemption, then click REDEEM |

Customer click Confirm & Request TAC |
 |
|
Customer input TAC/Secure2u then click OK. |
 |

TREATS Cash Redemption is successful. Click DONE. |
 |

Go to My TREATS Menu, click “TREATS Redemption”. |

Customer click Miles tab, then click Add on the preferred Airline Miles |
 |
|
Input registered Airline Miles Customer Number, then slide bar to set number of TREATS Miles redemption to Airline Miles, then click ADD. |

Customer can choose other Airline Miles redemption then click “Shopping Cart” after selection done |

Check the redemption list. When it is final, click REDEEM |

Customer click Confirm & Request TAC |

Customer input TAC/Secure2u then click OK. |

TREATS Miles Redemption is done and will be further processed to partner. Click DONE. |

On the Points menu page, click ADD on the desired product. You can also filter products by clicking FILTER, selecting the filter category then clicking APPLY |

Customer set number of product item, then click ADD. |

Customer can choose other Products redemption then click “Shopping Cart” after selection done |

Check the redemption list. When it is final, click REDEEM |

Check email and delivery address, if it is confirmed, then click NEXT. |
