Document Safe keeping Fee

If collateral documents is not retrieved within 2 months after paid off, Customer will be charged document safe keeping fee IDR20,000 / calendar day.

Property Financing iB Early Paid Off Mechanism

1. Partial and full paid off can be done at maximum date 20 every month.
2. Customer has to contact Maybank Customer Care on phone number 1500611  to inform about early paid off.
3. Customer has to fill in the early paid off form and sign it. The form should be sent by email to KPRAccountMaintenance2@maybank.co.id or fax to 021-6122859 at least H-14. The original form must be received in Maybank maximum H-3.
4. The fund should be in Customer's account no later than the H-1. 5.
5. For full paid off, collateral documents can be retrieved H+5 after paid off date. The Customer and the collateral owner should come with the original ID card.
