5. The application process for the Maybank Credit Card is carried out together with the opening of the Maybank Savings Account by filling out the form provided to the Officer on duty at the VIP Customers Lounge.

6. Information regarding Maybank Credit Card approval will be sent via SMS to the mobile number recorded in the Maybank system at the time of application, within 7 business days from the date the documents are received in full.
7. The Maybank Credit Card will be sent to the address recorded in the Maybank system no later than 7 business days after the card is approved..
8. After receiving the Maybank Credit Card, activate the card by choosing one of the following methods::
   1. M2U ID App (mobile banking)
   2. Via SMS
      
      1. SMS to 89811 with the format:
         AKT KK # Last 8 Digits of Your Maybank Credit Card # Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY)

      2. 2) Once your Maybank Credit Card is successfully activated, you will receive an SMS from Maybank::

10. Prize Terms & Conditions:
    1. Customers must complete both Step 1 and Step 2 to receive 2 exclusive running slots for Maybank Marathon 2026 and a cash reward of IDR10.7 million
       1. 1. Two Exclusive Running Slots for Maybank Marathon 2026
          1. The 2 exclusive running slots will be awarded only if both Step 1 (Savings & Fund Placement) and Step 2 (Credit Card Application & Transaction) are completed.
          2. The running slot prize is conditional upon approval of your Maybank Credit Card application and completion of the required transaction as per applicable terms.
          3. The running slot prize will be provided in the form of a voucher code sent to the email address registered in Maybank’s system, no later than 30 April 2026. Customers can then redeem the voucher according to the instructions provided in the email>.
       2. Cash Reward of IDR10.7 Million
