Simplified Issue Offer (SIO), in which the Insured will be asked short questions about their health for maximum sum insured up to IDR1,500,000,000/Policy with Total Sum Insured of :

• IDR1,500,000,000 per Insured with entry age of 0-50 years.
• IDR1,000,000,000 per Insured with entry age of 51-60 years.
