2. Choose your preferred scheme
   1. Top Up Scheme
      1. This scheme applies to the following types of Maybank Savings Account:
         1. Maybank U OR u iB Savings Account
         2. Maybank iB Regular Savings Account (except iB Savings Account with Wadiah contract)
         3. Maybank MAKSI iB Savings Account
         4. Maybank Woman One iB Savings Account
         5. Maybank MyArafah Savings Account
         6. Maybank Payroll One iB Savings Account
         7. Maybank SuperKidz iB Savings Account (maximum blocking 12 months)
      2. Does not apply to joint account (OR/AND/QQ).
      3. Top up in Maybank Savings Account with fresh fund. Funds will be blocked for certain period of time.
      4. Fresh fund is defined as follows :
         1. Funds in cash and are not transferred from any Maybank existing account.
         2. Funds are transferred from another Bank.
      5. Eligibility status is determined by the incremental of total balance in savings, current account and time deposits in IDR, compared to the last working day on the previous month..
      6. Cancellation fee will be applied if funds are withdrawn before blocked period terminated, upon customer request with any reason including customer passed away.
   2. Installment Savings Scheme:
      1. Regular savings by opening Maybank MyPlan Plus/MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account with source account is from Maybank Savings Account, except:
         1. Maybank saving with joint account (OR/AND/QQ) included Maybank SuperKidz Savings Account/SuperKidz iB Savings Account QQ.
         2. Maybank Payroll/Payroll iB Savings Account for Maybank/Maybank Group employee
      2. Customer will be charged of a penalty/ administration fee for the cancellation program and administration fee for closing before maturity in accordance with each selected product if:
         1. Customer request to break account before maturity.
         2. Failure to debit monthly installment, which occurs within 3 (three) times which resulted in closing account automatically by system. Therefore Customer should ensure sufficient funds with minimum of monthly installment amount, in the source of funds account on debit date chosen by Customer, to avoid automatic closing account.
         3. Closing account request by the inheritor/ failure the event failure to debit monthly installment, which occurs within 3 (three) times because Customer passed away and/or for another conditions.
3. Customer is eligible to join the program more than once.
4. Interest rate/ indicative return rate in the Savings & Current Account will follow the terms & conditions applied for each product.
5. Terms & Conditions applied for this Program. Special request on color, production year and/or size of the gifts will not be proceed further by Maybank Indonesia.
6. Gift will be delivered to Maybank branch that open the account used for this program. The delivery time will be:
   1. Max. 30 working days for Non Vehicle and Non-Electronic gift,
   2. Max. 45 working days for Electronic gift.
   3. Max. 90 working days for Vehicle gift, in form of off-the-road condition.
7. Cash reward will be credited within 30 working days with the detail of :
   1. For Top up scheme, the gift will be given to account used for this program
   2. For installment savings scheme, the gift will be given to source account used for Maybank MyPlan Plus Savings Account.
8. Especially for motor vehicle prizes, the procurement will be processed in off-the-road conditions (excluding tax fees and official administration fees such as Transfer of Motor Vehicle Title Fee, Motor Vehicle Tax  and other fees if any) and cost incurred for the above costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Bank does not promise or provide specific provisions regarding the minimum mileage (kilometers) related to the prize, adjusted to the standardization of the dealer which is considered normal at the time the prize is given to the Customer.
9. The gift will be received is after tax of 20%.
10. For Customer who has passed away before the gift is delivered to our branch, gift will be received by their inheritor, based on the condition applied.

12. Maybank has the rights to replace the gift with other item with equivalent value, in the case of discontinued products.
13. Gifts received are third parties products. Customer can contact authorized distributor of the products, if there is any complaints regarding the product.
14. PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has right to cancel, postpone, extend or end this program before; with variety of deleting or adding any terms and conditions by making announcement based on regulation applied and will be informed in www.maybank.co.id.

If the interest rate (including bonus interest or other gifts) received by the Customer exceeds the interest rate guaranteed by the LPS (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan), then the funds in Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account and/or Maybank Current Account/Current Account iB Customer are not included in the LPS guarantee.
