We hereby inform you that the BI-FAST transfer service will be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance outside the Maybank Indonesia network.

  • BI-FAST Transfer via M2U ID App (mobile banking), Maybank ATM, and M2E for Corporate Customers.
  • Incoming fund through BI-FAST transfers from other banks.

During the maintenance period, Customers still can transfer funds to other banks using the Interbank Transfer menu via M2U ID App (mobile banking), M2U ID Web (internet banking) and Maybank ATMs.

Please remain vigilant against fraudulent attempts. Do not disclose your personal and banking information, such as One-Time Password (OTP), 16-digit Credit/Debit Card Number, Secure2u Passcode, PIN, 3-digit card number (CVV/CVC), User ID, and Password to any party claiming to be from the Bank, including the Bank Officers, through any means or channel.
