• Register for the program by:
1. Sending an SMS to 89811 with the following format REG<space>TOPSPENDERMU
2. Registration must be made using the mobile phone number registered in the Maybank Indonesia system.
3. Maybank Manchester United Credit Cardholders will receive an SMS confirmation upon successful registration and are advised to retain the confirmation SMS as proof of registration.
4. Maybank Indonesia reserves the right to disqualify an SMS registration if any of the following conditions are identified, including but not limited to duplicate registration, the credit card number and/or mobile phone number cannot be found in the Maybank Indonesia system, incorrect SMS format or late registration.
• Transaction requirements:
1. The program is valid for Maybank Manchester United Credit Card.
2. Cardholders must accumulate a minimum spending of IDR50,000,000 during the program period, including at least 1 (one) installment transaction with a minimum transaction amount of IDR1,000,000 during the program period.

3. Spending calculation is based on the combined transactions of the Primary and Supplementary Maybank Manchester United Credit Cards.
4. Eligible transactions include retail purchases and installment transactions made through EDC terminals and online channels, both domestically and internationally.
• Prize terms and conditions:
1. The grand prize will be awarded to the winner selected by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk, consisting of:
1. Round-trip airfare for 2 people (Winner + 1 guest);
2. 3 days and 2 nights accommodation for 2 people (Winner + 1 guest);
3. Match tickets to watch Manchester United live at Old Trafford for 2 people (Winner + 1 guest);
4. Manchester United Stadium Tour and lunch at Red Café for 2 people (Winner + 1 guest).
2. Additional prizes
1. Top Twenty-five (25) additional prize winners will be selected by Maybank Indonesia and will receive 1 (one) official Manchester United merchandise item, which may include a Manchester United jersey, a team-signed pennant, or an item signed by one of the Manchester United players.
2. Top Two hundred and fifty (250) additional prize winners will be selected by Maybank Indonesia and will receive 2,500 Maybank TREATS Points, which will be credited to the Maybank Manchester United Credit Card used during the program no later than 2 (two) months after the program ends.
3. The Top Spender grand prize may be cancelled if the Winner's travel visa application is rejected.
• Winners of the grand prize and additional prizes will be determined based on the total spending on the Maybank Manchester United Credit Card during the program period and fulfillment of all applicable Terms & Conditions.
• The winner selection decision made by Maybank Indonesia shall be final and binding.
• Winners will be announced no later than 26 February 2027 via official Maybank Indonesia telephone or email during business hours. Customers may also contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +622178869811 (from overseas) to check the winner announcement.
• If a Winner cannot be reached after 3 (three) attempts using the registered telephone number or refuses to accept the prize, Maybank Indonesia reserves the right to disqualify the Winner from the MU Top Spender Program.
• The following expenses will be borne by the Winner if selected:
1. Visa application, warrant, and/or other related fees (if any);
2. Transportation to and from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK);
3. Travel insurance;
4. Additional hotel charges, including telephone, minibar, room service, and other charges;
5. Translation services at Old Trafford;
6. Applicable taxes; and
7. All other travel-related expenses, including personal expenses, food expenses, medical or screening expenses, quarantine costs, and any other expenses outside the scope of the program.
• This program is valid for Maybank Manchester United Credit Card.
• This promotion is not applicable to employees of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk.
• Winners may be disqualified if any abuse, fraud, or other suspicious transactions are identified.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash, credit, or any other equivalent benefit.
• The departure date to Manchester will be announced via official Maybank Indonesia email to the Winner.
• At the time of transaction calculation, the Maybank Credit Card must be active, not blocked, not over its credit limit, and must not have any overdue payment.
• The Winner must provide and confirm the details of the accompanying guest when contacted by Maybank Indonesia.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to amend, remove, and/or add to the Terms & Conditions of this promotional program at any time. Any changes and/or updates to these Terms & Conditions will be announced through the official Maybank website at www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right, at its sole discretion and based on internal considerations, to disqualify a Cardholder from this program if there are indications or evidence of fraud, violations of applicable laws and regulations, and/or other intentional manipulative actions in connection with the implementation of this program.
