Terms & conditions

The program period runs from 1 December 2024 – 31 January 2025.
Valid for Customers who already have or do not have Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account and registration and financial transactions on M2U ID App.
Customers are required to maintain an average daily balance of min. IDR2 million during the program period.
Customers who participate in the program must have Pegadaian Gold Savings on M2U ID App.
Customer point calculations are a combination of transactions from all accounts in Rupiah currency via M2U ID App.

Customers with the highest points will get prizes for each point collection period and also have the opportunity to win the Grand Prize.

Each Customer can only win a monthly prize once during the program period.
Customers who have received a prize during the point collection period still have the opportunity to win the Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize winner is the Customer who collects the most points during the program period. Transaction accumulation applies.
If there are Customers with the same number of points, the prize applies to the Customer who collects points the fastest.
Winner information will be announced via the Maybank Indonesia website and Maybank branch offices no later than the 4th week of the following month.
Prizes are subject to availability/conditions and Winners cannot choose the color of the prize.
Prizes in physical form will be sent to the branch where the Customer's account was opened or as agreed and cash reward prizes will be credited to the Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account used during the transaction.
All types of prizes cannot be cashed, sold and/or exchanged for other prizes.
Prizes are subject to change according to the availability of goods/units.
The Winner's account must be active at the time of the prize.
The Yamaha Neo Grand Filano prize will be given off-the-road or does not include other administration costs. Administration costs, paperwork and other costs are borne by the Winner.
Prize tax is borne by Maybank.
Does not apply to Maybank employees.
The Winner's decision as determined by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk is absolute and cannot be contested.
