Make e-wallet top up transactions via M2U ID App as many as possible, min. 3x per month.

Maintain an average balance in Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account of min. IDR2 million to get Grand Prize during the program period.

Terms and conditions

Valid for Customers who make e-wallet top up transactions (valid for GoPay, OVO or ShopeePay top up combinations) via M2U ID App or M2U ID Web at least 3 times per month.

Here are the prize schemes and quotas during the program period:

Prize quota is calculated based on the total number of transactions at the end of the month made by the Customer each month.
The Grand Prize in the form of an iPad Mini A17 Pro, Apple Watch Series 10, and a cash reward worth IDR 1.5 million applies to Customers with the most and fastest e-wallet transactions (valid for a combination of GoPay, OVO or ShopeePay top ups) per month.
Each Customer is only entitled to win 1 (one) prize per month. Customers who have won the Grand Prize are not entitled to receive cashback prizes in the same month.
Each Customer is only entitled to win 1 (one) Grand Prize during the program period.
Specifically for Grand Prize Winners, Customers must have an average balance in Maybank/Maybank iB Savings account of at least IDR 2 million per month.
Information on the Grand Prize Winner will be announced via the Maybank Indonesia website and Maybank branch offices no later than the 4^th week of the following month.
The Grand Prize will be collected at the Maybank branch office where the Customer's Maybank Tabungan account was opened.
The Rp15,000 cashback prize is valid for customers with min. 3x e-wallet top up transactions (valid for a combination of GoPay, OVO or ShopeePay top ups) the fastest each month.
The prize in the form of cashback/cash reward will be credited to the Customer's Maybank Savings/iB Savings which is the source of funds when the e-wallet top up transaction (GoPay, OVO and ShopeePay) and has an active status, no later than the 4th week of the following month.
The prize tax is borne by Maybank.
The program does not apply to Maybank employees.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program in advance; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by providing notification in accordance with the applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id.
