How to Join Program

Guide top up isaku

Make top up i.saku transactions via M2U ID App as many as possible, min. 3x during the program period.

Maintain an average balance in Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account of at least IDR500,000 and top up your i.saku account at least 3 times via M2U ID App.

Terms and conditions

Valid for Customers who top up their i.saku balance via the M2U ID App during the program period.

Maintain an average balance of at least IDR500,000 in your Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account and top up your i.saku account at least 3 times via the M2U ID App according to the following scheme:

Prize allocation is based on the total number of transactions by the end of the month during the program period.
The Grand Prize will be awarded to the Customer with the highest number of i.saku top-up transactions during the program period.
Each Customer is only eligible for one (1) prize during the program.
In the case of a tie in transaction count, the prize will go to the Customer who completed the top-ups the fastest.
Grand Prize winner(s) will be announced on the Maybank Indonesia website and at Maybank branches no later than the 4^th week of the following month.
The Grand Prize (Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE WIFI) must be collected at the Maybank branch where the Customer opened their account.
The IDR20,000 cashback prize is valid for Customers with min. 3x i.saku top up transactions the fastest each month.
The prize in the form of cashback will be credited to the Customer's Maybank Savings/iB Savings which is the source of funds when the i.saku top up transaction and has an active status, no later than the 4^th week of the following month.
Prizes are subject to change according to the availability of goods/units.
Prize taxes will be borne by Maybank.
