How to get commission:

• Invite your business partners or colleagues to open Maybank Giro iB (valid for prospective customers who do not have Maybank Giro or Maybank Giro iB).
• Referrer informs the data of prospective Customers who will be referred to the Maybank Officer.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• After being declared eligible or fulfilling the terms and conditions that have been set, the referrer will receive a commission which will be credited to Maybank Savings/Current Account iB max. 30 working days after qualifying for commission per reference. For additional commission will be credited at the latest 31 October 2024. If that date falls on a holiday, it will be credited on the following business day.
• The commission value given is in nett amount, taxes are borne by Maybank Indonesia.
• The commission given comes from the Bank's source of funds and is not part of the Customer's profit sharing.
• The provision of this reference uses the Ju'alah Agreement. A Ju'alah contract is a promise or commitment (iltizam) to provide a certain reward ('iwadh/'jul) for the attainment of results (natijah) determined from a job. Based on the Ju'alah Agreement, PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk acts as Ja'il (the party that promises to pay certain rewards (ju'l) for the achievement of work results (natijah) specified by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk in the Terms and Conditions of the Maybank Giro iB referral program and the referrer acts as Maj'ullah (the party who performs Ju'alah)
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by giving notice according to the applicable provisions and will be informed at maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its sole discretion has the right to disqualify any Customer who is proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated the applicable laws and regulations and/or performed other intentional manipulations in connection with the implementation of the program.
