Service Terms and Conditions

• Prospective Hajj pilgrims min. 12 years old.
• Provide an initial deposit of Special Hajj Travel Cost (Bipih) of a minimum of USD4,000 per pilgrim which will be transferred to the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) account by a Maybank branch through the Special Hajj Travel Bureau.

Special Hajj Registration Process Through Special Hajj Travel Bureau

• Prospective Special Hajj pilgrims visit the nearest Maybank branch for information on Special Hajj registration. Branch Info
• Prospective Special Hajj pilgrims come to the Maybank partner Special Hajj Travel Bureau to register for Special Hajj and receive a Hajj Registration Letter (SPH) by bringing registration documents in accordance with the Minister of Religious Affairs Regulation (PMA) as follows:
  1. Photo copy of e-KTP
  2. Photo copy of KK (Family Card)
  3. Photo copy of diploma / marriage certificate / birth certificate
  4. Photo copy of Passport (who already have a Passport)
  5. Photo or soft file of 3 x 4 and 4 x 6 white background, 80% face focus and for Women wearing coloured headscarf
• The Special Hajj Travel Bureau officer brings the SPH of the congregation and comes to the Maybank branch office to make an initial deposit of the Special Hajj Travel Cost (BPIH).
• Proof of initial deposit of Special Hajj Pilgrimage Cost (BPIH) in which the Hajj Portion Number is printed by Maybank and given to the Special Hajj Travel Bureau officer to be handed over to prospective Hajj pilgrims.
• The registration process for Special Hajj Pilgrims Candidates has been completed and registered as Special Hajj Pilgrims recorded in the Integrated Hajj Information and Computerisation System (SISKOHAT) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
